Amidst a lot of finger pointing and presumption of China's guilt, it's easy to forget that an US army virus lab was abruptly closed down in mid-2019 for breach of security. All subsequent information was blacked out. There are also many more virus labs operated by the United States than China. So demands to investigate the Wuhan lab should be based on agreed protocol conducted by truly independent scientists under the aegis of the WHO looking at US virus labs as well.
