The protracted Ukraine war drags on regardless of recent Wagner Group shenanigans. Meanwhile, the world order remains in an epochal flux defined by intensifying US-China rivalry on all fronts. Countries in Europe, Asia, Middle East, and the rest of the developing world are adjusting their gaits as best they could. In all theatres, China has been in diplomatic overdrive. To make sense of what is happening around the world, a much better understanding of where China is coming from becomes even more critical. Hopefully the following may offer some fresh perspectives.
