The article outlines the underlining dynamics of the current global economic lackluster performance, including Brexit, worsening demographics, deleveraging from debt-driven consumption, and declining utility of financial stimuli. It points to emerging paradigm shifts in an increasingly globalized, interconnected, interdependent, technology-and-innovation-driven world where doing more of the same could well spell extinction.
