    For Philippine, the relatively small amount of money spent on arbitration of the South China Sea dispute is worth every cent in drawing international attention and publicity. The net resultant advertisement return is huge, and which forces China into an unenviable defending position. This has to be a carefully crafted plot on the part of the Philippine, irrespective whether the US has an underlying part in the planning and execution of the entire fiasco. Bosco
