Notwithstanding initial haste, cut-corner standards, and power corruption somewhat reminiscent of the railway barons of Frontier America, China has been building a vast high-speed rail network sprawling across the Middle Kingdom.

What is more, capitalizing on reversed engineering and more, China is connecting her high-speed rail network across continents to South West Asia, Central Asia and Europe as well as exporting highspeed rail technologies across the globe.
